Odd authentication issue UTM ver. 8.3

I have a computer that will not be allowed access no matter who is logged on to it. Just happened recently after a reboot of our UTM. In the log it shows user="" no matter who logs in. I'm getting the Authentication failed error. this happened to 1 other computer after the reboot of UTM, I had to reimage the computer for it to work again. I don't want to do that to this machine. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Richard
