Https scan and whatsapp

I'm using a Sophos UTM 9.2 Home Edition with an Sophos AP 30.
Yesterday I turned on https decryption and scan. Since then I can't send whatsapp messages as long as my mobile is connected via WLAN. I downloaded the https certificate onto my mobile. We are using iPhones and androids, same problem.

In the reporting I was able to find out that the Jabber Client (tcp5222) is blocked. Since it was working before without opening the port I don't know where to change the setting. Can you give me an advice?

You'll also see in that log line
statuscode="400"

This is not a typical error code that is generated from the UTM. This is an error code generated from the destination server.

Yes I see the status code 400 in the log , though it works perfectly fine without proxy , any ideas ? [:S]

Feeling a bit helpless , even Sophos support is looking into the issue.
web.whatsapp web services aren't accessible (QR code doesn't load with 400 Bad Request error) via http proxy ,without proxy its loading fine.

Please let me know if anyone has any idea on the same ! [[:(]][[:(]]
