Single sign-on SSO and error if first site HTTPS

I have got an SG230 with Webfilter, Transparent mode and SSO as authentication method.

Everything works fine but sometimes there's this problem:
in the morning, when the user opens for the first time his browser,  he is not authenticated and receives an error.
I noticed that this happens if the default homepage is an HTTPS site. If the user  visit a normal http site he becomes authenticated and then is allowed to visit also https sites.

Any idea? [:S]

    The UTM cannot do AD SSO in transparent mode with HTTPS.

    In this case, I believe it it supposed to use the last known user for that IP, then properly authenticate on the first HTTP call.  AFAIK, as long as the proxy is not restarted the user cache should be there.

    I would contact support if this is not the case.
