Does Application controll block websites ?

I have Application controll set to block youtube.com.

Do I need to also block the website seperately or will the Application controll block browsing to youtube.com as well ?


Not sure how the two features work together.

    It shouldn't block the site, just the application on the site so it should prevent streaming videos but allow access to the site... In theory anyway! I know it's a bit more complicated trying to block Facebook apps!
