Google Safe-Search Doesn't Work !

Dear Supporters

I just updated to firmware version 9.208-8 and noticed that users (our students who have a web filter profile set up to be used with SafeSearch option) can use Google search with deactivated SafeSearch option!

Whenever a student visits Yahoo or Bing the SafeSearch is enabled and cannot be disabled. As before.

But just Google (regardless which browser) has SafeSearch disabled by default. So students can sear for po*n pictures and stuff. Although the actual search result domains are being blocked they can still search for it or have nasty pictures on their screens.

We have October break at the moment. but I don't want to have any parents over here due to technical errors.

Please help me to get Google SafeSearch running again! Or can you confirm this behavior?

All SafeSearch options are enabled in the according profile.

UPDATE: Unfortunaltely this doens't work with Yahoo, too. Just noticed right now.

    ...what is you web implementation? Standard or transparent, decrypt https or https url filtering only?

    UPDATE: Unfortunaltely this doens't work with Yahoo, too. Just noticed right now.

    yahoo and google now use https for all traffic.  The only way you can have the UTM enforce https restrictions is to turn on https inspection.  You then will need to install the utm certificate onto each machine for them to be able to use https at all.  Also make sure your firewall isn't allowing https out so they cannot bypass the UTM proxy.

    That's true, I noticed that.

    How Do I deploy Firefox with the Proxy CA? It seems to use a different certificate store than IE and Chrome.

    firefox uses it's own store so you will have to manually install it into each firefox installation.
