Download blocked from webpage

I'm using a joomla based homepage where I want to download an excel 2007 file. The software gets data out of the joomla database and exports an Exceltable which is send to the users browser. For my other users it works fine, but for me (behind a Sophos UTM 9.2) it doesn't.
The homepage is hosted at a hosting company, not behind the Sophos UTM.

I know in meantime that the problem is caused by the webfilter. Turning the webfilter off makes it work. But of course I don't want to turn it off.

There are two protocol entries.

Can you give me a hint about what the problem could be and how I can set an exception?

    Can you tell me how I have to set that up for just one URL?
    Do I have to do a separate filter action for that? Since there are categories, websites, antivirus and all that in the same action how can I remove the antivirus just for one URL?
    What do I have to enter as the URL just the root domain?
