Download blocked from webpage

I'm using a joomla based homepage where I want to download an excel 2007 file. The software gets data out of the joomla database and exports an Exceltable which is send to the users browser. For my other users it works fine, but for me (behind a Sophos UTM 9.2) it doesn't.
The homepage is hosted at a hosting company, not behind the Sophos UTM.

I know in meantime that the problem is caused by the webfilter. Turning the webfilter off makes it work. But of course I don't want to turn it off.

There are two protocol entries.

Can you give me a hint about what the problem could be and how I can set an exception?

    "502" indicates a site that has problems with a proxy.  If creating an Anti-Virus Exception for the site doesn't fix the problem, you'll probably need to skip the proxy for the site.  I'm with William on the link.
