I am new on Sophos UTM. I have downloaded the sophos utm for my home and following is my configuration:
Corei5 3rd Gen, 6 GB RAM, 750 GB HDD,
I installed SOPHOS UTM 9.*** latest. on basic configuration through wizard it's working fine but it allows everything, when i enable the application control and their when i block each category manually then after few moments it stops responding the pings and also stop acting gateway.
I want to block every social/media/streaming website, messengers, web messengers etc.
Does anyone has help me why it block pings and stop acting as gateway.
If someone has a backup file of configuration, can someone share it to me. I want to secure my home for everything.
