AD SSO Setup (AD NEWB)

I have currently setup a Zentyal (open source AD alternative) server and have my home UTM joined to its domain and am able to successfully test authentication and view the defined group members I specified for proxy authentication.

Using Windows 7 and Microsoft's RSAT tools to generate GPO policies for the windows based systems attached to the local network without issue except for . . . 

I am having a hard time (remember AD NEWB) finding out where in the GPO policies do I set the UTM as a proxy and also where to load the CA for the UTM so it gets pushed to the windows systems and is trusted.

Any links, screen shots, etc on how to get this accomplished would be awesome.
