Blocking Chrome Plug-Ins for Proxy

We have discovered several plug-ins for Chrome that allow our users to bypass the content filtering, using a proxy site.

Does anyone have a way to block these items?

Thanks. I think there may some kind of GPO admin template for Google that may help. I'll have to do some digging.

Incidentally, we did catch this student bypassing our system via a classroom management software and expect he will get disciplined.
