Beginners Question: "Default Conten Filter [Block] Action"

Dear Folks!

My beginners Question is:
In my box, installed not by me but by an technician (a few years ago), under "Web Filter Profiles - Filter Actions" I have a "Default Content Filter Action" and a "Default Content Filter Block Action". 

I seem to remember that both where necessary when the box was installed (a few years ago), but are they STILL necessary?

As far as I understood the WebProtection, every Filter Profile needs a "Base Policy", and this can be one / the same Policy for all Filters, right? 
As Long as I don´t want different "Base-Actions" in different Profiles, I can define ONE Base-Policy and I can also name this Policy "Base-Policy", it does not Need to be named as "Default Content Filter Action" oder "Default Content Filter Block Action", right? Or speaks something about it?

    These two actions come out-of-the-box, and are likely what you are using especially if you upgraded from 9.1.

    The Default Content Filter Action can be renamed or deleted as you want.

    The Default Content Filter Block Action cannot be deleted, but you don't need to use it.

    Every Profile needs at least one Policy (which is a mapping of user/time to action).  The Base Policy is a catchall that is used if no other Policies match or are defined and is always called "Base Policy".  Every Profile has its own Base Policy.  However each of the Base Policies could use the same Filter Action, which could be anything you want.
