WPAD with UTM

I created wpad with pacmagic tool and turned on ENABLE PROXY AUTO CONFIGURATION under WEB PROTECTION on UTM.
I have Sophos AP and several separate wifi networks with separate ip range.
When I configure Internet explorer manually with wpad.dat script (USE AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION SCRIPT) it works  without problem. 
But I want to use dhcp on utm to configure clients to use wpad.dat file(252 code) but  there is an error. Not sure how to configure it correctly. (picture1)

Second problem I noticed. I have many laptops in company. When they left company their internet is very slow until they open some website and then surfing that site is normal. And again, opening others site... slow opening and when opened is works ok for that site. When I manually uncheck in internet explorer option USE AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION SCRIPT , internet surfing is normal.

Do you have any solution....
