Browser Authentication When Roaming?

Hi

I have installed and setup a Sophos SG310 with Browser Authentication setup.
It works great but as soon as you roam between Access Points, their internet connection dies and they may or may not be asked to reauthenticate.

There are 8 Access Points onboard, 4 are managed by a controller and 4 are Autonomous/Standalone.

I 'think' it may be an issue roaming between the standalone and the controller managed ones but I am not 100% as I can't physically see them.

All 8 AP's broadcast the same SSID with the same Pre Shared Key. The connection to the AP DOES NOT drop off, the client still has an IP address but no internet access.

Any thoughts?

    Hi, Laurie, and welcome to the User BB!

    Apparently, your Wireless solution doesn't retain the IP when roaming.  What brand is that?

    Any chance you have an option for Active Directory SSO?
