Every time I download files with IE 11 on Windows 8.1 I usually get could not download and asks to retry. If I retry it usually downloads but the file extension will be messed up. The file download should be manual.pdf but on my machine it downloads as manual_pdf. Firefox works correctly. I'm running 9.204-20 in transparent mode. Anybody have issues with IE 11 downloads and extensions?
