Problems with Vodlocker streaming video

Hi All,

I have a strange problem that I can't figure out.  I implemented a new Sophos UTM9 Home edition running Firmware version: 9.204-20 with Pattern version: 64437.

The problem is that videos on the streaming site vodlocker.com won't load, the thumbnail videos don't even load up on the main site.  At first I thought the firewall was blocking ports but nothing shows up in the firewall log and even opening all ports outbound as a test has the same results.  Which leads me to believe it must be a web filtering problem, a look at the web filtering log shows that all traffic is passed to this site and I even put in two exceptions with everything checked except for the last three.  I also made sure"Bypass content scanning for streaming content" was checked.

Below is the exception and log that shows the exception is being applied to vodlocker.  Can anyone help me figure this one out?  Thanks in advance.

    Have you accounted for the site's apparent use of a nonstandard port (8777) for serving the thumbnails?

    Thanks for pointing that out, I did create a rule to allow it (it was covered under another rule so I forgot to mention it yesterday).

    Anyone have any other thoughts on what is going on? I am having a hard time figuring this out as there are no logs to to provide anything useful to look into.  I even turned off IPS, Advance Threats, and App ID with the same results.  

    I did notice that when I turned off web filtering all web traffic stops working, is that normal?  I would have thought turning off web filtering would continue to allow webtraffic.
