okay why isn't my ad users allowed to access it as it says "invalid user&pass or access denied by policy" and where do I find the tab to download and install ssl root ca into android? as all I see when logging into user portal with sophos utm default admin account all I see is welcome, remote access, change password, sophos outlook addin, logout.
