Is there anyway to block disturbing and tasteless images only not the whole website?

Is there anyway to block disturbing and tasteless images only not the whole website? 
as in the case of the head&shoulders gross images & videos scam
and other gross images like it please I am using the home utm license because I am using it at home but seriously I don't want to even see that image not even less trying to erase it from my brain now.
please tell me is there anyway to do this?

    You can block images hosted from websites that are categorized as advertising or ****ography.  But there is no way of the UTM detecting whether you'll find a particular picture disturbing.

    I recall years ago some client-side ****ography blocker was doing something where it detected the percentage of pixels that were skin toned....  Which end up blocking ****ography and profile headshots of white people only.  [[:)]]

    Also, be wary of clicking on pictures or websites your friends email you.  There are plenty of shock sites on the internet.  [[:)]]
