"Error index out of bound" when trying to download file via web

For a particular file, when I try to download it from the cache, I get this error:

While trying to retrieve the URL:http://download.owncloud.org/community/testing/owncloud-7.0.0RC2.tar.bz2
The content could not be delivered due to the following condition: Error index out of bound

Running 9.203-3

Any ideas about what causes this or how to fix?
