Question to the webfilter

Hello together,

I have two question about Webfilter:
1. It's possible to redirect to a homepage after the login? (Login - Webfilter - Protection)?

2. It's possible to activate the Login window Out of Office time - during the Office time the user has not to login?

    1: Not sure, Hotspot achieves this, but this might not be what you're looking for..
    2: use different filter actions, with different time events. 
    one with auth for outside Office time, and one for within Office time,

    But I think we have a misunderstanding. My Goal is to access the internet directly in the office hour and outside the office hour time will come a Login window. It's that possible?
