Web Filtering Counter reports wrong information

Can anyone explain how UTM counts web requests? It Shows for example Web Filtering is active, 6 requests served today. This is nonsense because it processes every day circa 100000 requests. Because of that reporting shows also wrong/nonsense information.

    I know little about the dashboard summary.  If I recall correctly it is done somewhat differently from other reports.

    I think it's important to understand how deep the problem is.

    Can you check the following four places and tell me whether you think the data is correct?
    1) Dashboard "Web Filtering is active, x requests served today"
    2) Web Protection summary page (top menu item)
    3) Logging and Reporting, Web Protection, Sites report
    4) /var/log/http.log

    To answer a question above:  For web, the logging goes into syslog which splits it.  One stream goes into the reporting system and another into the log file.  Therefore the reporting system does not work "off of" the log file but gets the exact same data as the log file.
