I am having a home user license. When trying to connect to the website myfreecams.com _nudity website_ through the sophos utm latest version the website refuses to load.
The website then changes the connection mode to java.
Because my java is not configured for this website It gives a pop-up, and then tries the third connectionmode ajax. The last one shows the webcam models. But unable to view the webcam streams.
I tried to create a:
1_ Web Protection >> Filter Options >> Exceptions and created a rule from LAN to WAN to bypass all. _just to see where is it going wrong_ No luck
2_ Instead of using transparent proxy using the standard proxy and in the client configure proxy with 8080.. No luck
3_ In Web FIlter Profiles >> Filter Actions >> Websites >> Allow these websites: myfreecams.com and mfcimg.com. No luck.
I tried above settings with eicar testfile. When doing 1 I can really download the eicar file, instead getting the warning from the UTM.
In default configuration the website myfreecams.com is not being loaded.
When I remove the UTM the website is loaded. Normal behaviour of the website is when it takes too long time to load it falls back on another connection mode.
Sniffer showed that it tried to connect googlesafesearch while it is not configured.
Is there anyway that you realy bypass the UTM completely for one web url. And Yes how to do so?
