UTM 9.2 high CPU usage

I Use UTM 9.2, the CPU Usage is always between 80% and 90%.

i don't know if its normal or not

we have about 1500 users 

if it's a problem, how can i determine wich process consumes the most % of CPU

    Are you using appliance ? If yes what appliance ?
    If using software , how much ram and CPU ?

    we use UTM software 9.2
    2 server in cluster active\passive 
    HP DL380p Gen8 E5-2609 2.4Ghz 4-core 10Mb/1*8Gb/P420i 512MB /1*460W
    RAM HP 8GB 2Rx4 PC3L-10600R-9 Kit

    Have you contacted support or your reseller?    IMO cpu is weak for what you are doing.  You effective have one utm handling everything.  Also ram needs to be increased.  I would advise most likely 16 gigs of ram and a 3.0 ghz dual quad or octal core cpu.  However you stil aren't telling us everything.  Right now i am guessing without being able to look at your utm.  we need to know your wan and lan speeds, which modules are you using?  etc etc etc.
