Google Bad Request

For some unknown reason, Google searches are coming back with a Sophos Block Page with "Bad Request (Request Line Invalid)"  below are the web filtering logs and attached is a screen shot of the block page.  A simple refresh of the page loads the search results.  In this example, all I did was search for Dell Factory Outlet in the browser (IE 11) address bar.

Any ideas where to start looking?  Here are the proxy filtering logs...

    Never heard of this before.  You might need to wireshark to find out what the bad request actually is...  Try disabling all toolbars and add-ins.

    I have finally had a little time to dig into this a little more, and it may be related to the K9 client software I also have installed on the client machine.  It may be truncating a URL.

    I am adding a packet capture, a Web Protection Log from Sophos, and the screen shot again.  The first thing I search for on Google is "What is a crock pot" and I get no error.  Then I search for "google error" and I get the "Invalid request line error".  You can see in the capture where the BlueCoat K9 client "checks" the URL before handing it off to Google. 

    Does anyone see anything weird in the capture?
