Google Bad Request

For some unknown reason, Google searches are coming back with a Sophos Block Page with "Bad Request (Request Line Invalid)"  below are the web filtering logs and attached is a screen shot of the block page.  A simple refresh of the page loads the search results.  In this example, all I did was search for Dell Factory Outlet in the browser (IE 11) address bar.

Any ideas where to start looking?  Here are the proxy filtering logs...

    I am getting bad https Google block search requests on all my Apple products (desktop and iPads) with a country block from China. To fix it I have to reboot my 9.201-23 Home version and it appears back  the same in a day. All Apple products have been updated with latest security update in the last  couple of days. It is not every search, it is sporadic.
