proxy configuration

Our Sophos Set up had an update to version 9.111/7.

Since this version certain computers can't surf anymore with het auto proxy configuration script.

It's computer that causes the problem because some users can surf if they log on to a different computer.

    Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

    When you say they can't surf, do you mean they can't surf the Internet, or they can't even surf local resources?  What do you see in the Web Filtering log relative to this?  Do you have any Web Filtering Profile in Transparent mode?

    Users can't surf the internet unless we use proxy settings directed to sophos in IE - options - connections, the configuration with the autoconfigurationscript http://sophos.mydomain.local/wpad.dat doesn't work anymore with 50 % of the users;
    It's not users bounded becaus I'm currently working on 2 computers, one of them doesn't work anymore after last sophos update.

    Log : both methods show user in web filtering log.

    Ther is only one Web Filtering Profile and that's in Transparant mode

    If both methods show something in the web filtering log, then show us one line from the one method and one line from the other method.
