Unblock button not showing on blocked file extensions

When I have users going to a download page, and it is blocked because of the file extension, the unblock button is not shown.

I have SuperAdmins set as the Bypass Users, so I would think the option would be there. I think it's only showing up when it's a blocked page due to category filtering.

    This is not a 9.1 versus 9.2 issue.  I don't think it is really an AD SSO issue either.

    The UTM does not currently support unblocking of file extensions or MIME types.

    I don't know what the "typical" way to do it is, but there are a few options:
    1) Create an Exception for that website or that actual executable URL.  Then all users will be able to access it.

    2) Have a Policy that gives your IT Staff a Filter Action that has no file blocking.  Then on your user's laptop, have the IT person log in.  Due to AD SSO they will now be able to download anything.  If your end users don't have local admin privileges to install stuff they might have to do this anyway.
