SAA Timing Out?

I have multiple users who are having issues where they must "reauthenticate" SAA several times a day. What happens is a User will call me to tell me they are blocked from the Internet. If I look in the logs I see that they have dropped through to our strict Internet filter. So I have them right click on the SAA in the the taskbar, then click on "set credentials" then click on "OK", and they will be able to use the Internet again. Some users have this happen several times a day, some even in the middle of browsing.

    What do you see in the Client Authentication log when these users have experienced a block?
