So, we're in a hospital and we generally have cloud storage blocked, unless specifically requested (obviously to shut down one avenue of someone sending gobs of PHI to a cloud service). But I'd like to try to allow access to some of those services (say, Dropbox) so that when someone is sent a file, they can retrieve it without me having to turn on access to Dropbox, and then turn it back off again.
Is there any way of using application control to allow "download only" from Dropbox without upload ability?
