Blocking one website clerification

I'm still trying to learn how to use this firewall obviously and am not doing so well.

I need to block one particular website, but can't seem to get it.  I have gone into Web Filtering - URL Filtering - Always block these URLs/sites and added the site I want to block "^https?://([a-za-z0-9.-]*\.)?flappybird\.com/", but I can still access it.

We are using the Sophos UTM 9 product.  What am I missing?

    If you are using 9.2 then it is different and more clear.

    If you are using 9.1 (which you probably are) then it works like this:
    You have multiple Profiles, which apply to networks (eg IP address).  The default profile is the Web Filtering menu.  Additional profiles are in Web Filter Profile menu, Proxy Profiles tab.

    If you are using the default profile, then you edit the blocked site on the URL Filtering tab (this is the "default content filter action").
    If you are using a different profile, this it will be whatever Filter Action (see tab by that name) that you have assigned.

    The log file will have what profile and filter action were hit.  It will also say if there were any exceptions applied.

    Note: if you are using a regex, then you make sure you are not also entering in a domain name.  These two fields are AND together and could cause problems if not done correctly.

    Can you please post the log lines where the user is visiting that site.
