Blocking one website clerification

I'm still trying to learn how to use this firewall obviously and am not doing so well.

I need to block one particular website, but can't seem to get it.  I have gone into Web Filtering - URL Filtering - Always block these URLs/sites and added the site I want to block "^https?://([a-za-z0-9.-]*\.)?flappybird\.com/", but I can still access it.

We are using the Sophos UTM 9 product.  What am I missing?

    Can you please elaborate?  I don't understand what you mean by filter action.

    I can find it in the report, but don't know how that helps.

    EDIT: Looking through the other items in that "Always block these URLs/sites" section and none of them are being blocked at all.  Am I putting the address into the wrong spot?
