9.2 Web Filtering - HTTPS (SSL) traffic Issue

In the new ver (9.2) I run into strange issue working with HTTPS (SSL) traffic:
Turning the "URL filtering only" – no problem.
Turning the "URL filtering only" off – the system will crash and restart.
Error info:
System was restarted
Reason: (unknown)

Another issue concerning "URL filtering only" – some sites are blocked.

I wonder if anyone else can confirm it.

    1) Not expected.  Details of the hardware would be beneficial.

    2) If you block facebook.com in previous versions or while "HTTPS (SSL) traffic:" in 9.2 is set to "Do not scan" but didn't have a firewall rules for it, https://facebook.com was allowed.  With "URL filtering only", it's now blocked.
