9.2 Web Filtering - HTTPS (SSL) traffic Issue

In the new ver (9.2) I run into strange issue working with HTTPS (SSL) traffic:
Turning the "URL filtering only" – no problem.
Turning the "URL filtering only" off – the system will crash and restart.
Error info:
System was restarted
Reason: (unknown)

Another issue concerning "URL filtering only" – some sites are blocked.

I wonder if anyone else can confirm it.

    1. "the firewall itself." NOT the service!!!
     Astaro, Sophos, UTM - what ever you like to call it...   crashed and restarted. Hope that clear this subject.
    2. Not sure.  I've got some complain from my costumers.
