9.2 Web Filtering - HTTPS (SSL) traffic Issue

In the new ver (9.2) I run into strange issue working with HTTPS (SSL) traffic:
Turning the "URL filtering only" – no problem.
Turning the "URL filtering only" off – the system will crash and restart.
Error info:
System was restarted
Reason: (unknown)

Another issue concerning "URL filtering only" – some sites are blocked.

I wonder if anyone else can confirm it.

    1) "System" seemed to imply the UTM, not the restart of the firewall service.  This is likely necessary as the firewall rules will not affect tcp/443 transparent traffic while "HTTPS (SSL) Traffic:" is in "URL filtering only".

    2) "some sites"?
