Hello,
I have strange problem with downloading from internet.
Yesterday I try to download windows 7 sp1 update, size is abou 900MB but IE 11 download only 200MB and then stop, so I do pause start downloading and download continue again. This is happened with every files.
I shape AV scannig to 10 MB and I have disable Block download larger the ....
Any ideas wha is it.

IPS rules 29465 & 29466 are blocking; disable them on the top section of the last Tab in the IPS settings.

Thank you for your help. I disable them, I attach screen if I set correctly disable for this rules.
But now I successfully download 650 MB file without error, thank you again for help.
