Hello,
I have strange problem with downloading from internet.
Yesterday I try to download windows 7 sp1 update, size is abou 900MB but IE 11 download only 200MB and then stop, so I do pause start downloading and download continue again. This is happened with every files.
I shape AV scannig to 10 MB and I have disable Block download larger the ....
Any ideas wha is it.

Are you sure there is nothing in the IPS log? I had the same Problem with downloading large files and had to disable 2 Rules.
