Unable to access HTTPS sites

I am running in transparent mode and have disabled HTTPS scanning and am unable to load any HTTPS sites.  

If I enable HTTPS scanning, I can access HTTPS sites either by clicking through the "this is not the page you are looking for" error in IE or importing the cert from the UTM.  However, if I add my host to the transparent mode skip list, I am unable to access HTTPS sites once again.  They simply time out.  

Any ideas?

    If you are not using the proxy you will need a NAT MASQ rule in order to access HTTPS sites.
