Web Filtering Assistance Requested

Hello,

Newbie to Sophos UTM (9.107-33) and am trying to correctly set web filtering.  In my application I intend to filter questionable content and require the user to authenticate themselves before having the restrictions lifted.  Otherwise, by default no authentication and use a fairly restrictive profile.

I thought the best way to go about this was to use the global filter (Web Protection -> Web Filtering)  and set that up to be the default most restrictive profile.  Next, add a web filtering profile for the other users who can authenticate themselves to have the restrictions lifted.  I don't understand the fallback profile - that seems to be causing me problems.

This is used in a home environment which is why I want the settings by default to not require authentication and only permit access to "clean" material.

Am I going about this the right way or is there a better method?   Thanks!

    You're headed in the right direction. The Fallback you've chosen sounds like the default Global. If everyone is falling through to that, then they aren't being authenticated correctly. Please Go Advanced below and attach pics of the Global tab, the Profile open in Edit mode and the Filter Assignments tab.
