URL filtering not working and How to block Hotspot sheil/Ultrasurf

Hello everyone,

I am new user for Sophos UTM actually first timer using any firewall.  I am not able to block websites from URL filtering.

I want to know how to block Hotspot Shield / Ultrasurf.

    I am 99.9% certain it is a configuration problem.

    Do you have any other exceptions that use source/destination (eg Networks)?

    Can you please post a sample log of something you think should be blocked but is not - with that exception disabled.
