URL filtering not working and How to block Hotspot sheil/Ultrasurf

Hello everyone,

I am new user for Sophos UTM actually first timer using any firewall.  I am not able to block websites from URL filtering.

I want to know how to block Hotspot Shield / Ultrasurf.

    The first exception for aconex is a problem. You have it set for the Internal Network OR for "aconex.com" therefore, this exception will match all traffic with a source of the Internal Network.

    Please note that I disabled this exception totally, but still not working.
