Configure to allow facebook during lunch time

Hi Guys,

Can anyone guide to configure the facebook to be use only at lunch time.

As facebook book also running on https, 
any way we can do it and allow the other https site to be bypass ?

    You can't do it with Application Control, but you could do it with Web Filtering.  That will require selecting 'Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic' if in Transparent mode or using a Standard mode.
