Web filtering/ VPN Tunneling plugin

Do any one now how to block ZENMATE  plugin used to bypass proxies and yes he did it, users can bypass astaro (UTM 9) web/app security !! they can also choose witch VPN to use by country !!.

    So, you have Web Filtering enabled in Transparent mode with SSL scanning selected?  Please show a line from the Web Filtering log file where one of these anonymizers was allowed to pass.
