Web filtering/ VPN Tunneling plugin

Do any one now how to block ZENMATE  plugin used to bypass proxies and yes he did it, users can bypass astaro (UTM 9) web/app security !! they can also choose witch VPN to use by country !!.

    I don't know about zenmate, but to begin with you will probably need to enable SSL scanning. In that case you could also delete every firewall rule allowing port 80 or 443 out.

    indeed, the plugin is connecting to different servers from different countries with port 443, but even if https port is scanned how to block those requests that are generated by this plugin knowing that there is several updated servers used.
    it is also good to precise that app control and web filtering are turned on (anonymizers, anonymizing utilities, p2p, vpn ...)
