Web filtering/ VPN Tunneling plugin

Do any one now how to block ZENMATE  plugin used to bypass proxies and yes he did it, users can bypass astaro (UTM 9) web/app security !! they can also choose witch VPN to use by country !!.

    Have you blocked the Anonymizor category?

    Instead of scanning SSL your other choice is to use the Standard proxy mode.
