Oultlook Encryption

Hello! I am unable to configure Office365 in Outlook 2010/2013 because I always receive the following message:
"An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available".

Email Protection is disabled and my ASG is on version 9.104-17

I have created rules in Firewalls, tried to add Microsoft hostnames and IPs to Skip Proxy, no entries in App Control or Intrusion Prevention. I dont know what to anymore...[:S]

    Hi,

      I have the same problem. I don't find THE solution but I find ONE solution. The problem I found is about the autodiscover that Outlook do to find the server where new account is attached. 

     I have add in Web filtering an exception rule for the IP address of the machine i wanted to add an office365 account. In this rule I excluded everything I could. Once the sever discover, I disable this rule because for syncing my account I didn't needed it anymore.
