Connection Reset by Peer on www.legacy.com

I'm having trouble reaching most links on [url=http://www.legacy.com] The main page is okay, but almost all links on the website receive "Connection Reset By Peer." Here's a string I copied from the logs recently:

I've added *legacy.com* to "Skip All" in the exceptions with no luck.

    statuscode="200" says that the URL was successfully retrieved, and that there's no error.  It doesn't show that the URL qualified for your Exception though - please [Go Advanced] below and attach a picture of it.
