Filtering on usergroups AD not working?

Hi all,

I'm trying to add an exception on .exe download.
I 've stated to allow from 'These URL's' and 'Coming form these users/groups'
Skip these checks: Antivirus/Extension blocking/URLfilter

Groups imported from Windows/AD.

With no 'Users/groups' and skip Authentication it does work.

Anyone ideas?

First, check out #6 in https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/51/t/22065 and Configuring HTTP/HTTPS proxy access with AD SSO with a Sophos UTM.

If you're still having the problem, please [Go Advanced] below to attach pictures of the Edits of your Exception and of the Backend Group based on AD.
