Filtering on usergroups AD not working?

Hi all,

I'm trying to add an exception on .exe download.
I 've stated to allow from 'These URL's' and 'Coming form these users/groups'
Skip these checks: Antivirus/Extension blocking/URLfilter

Groups imported from Windows/AD.

With no 'Users/groups' and skip Authentication it does work.

Anyone ideas?

    The UTM has joined the domain (AD SSO).
    We are using maual proxy (through policy) for the XP clients
    We are using WPAD for the Windows8 clients.
    The 'error' occurs on XO n Win8 clients
    The relevant and only line is:
