Military site wont open

We have a Astaro Security Appliance. . with web filtering enabled. Everything is functional except 1 site : https://acquisition.army.mil

However if we bypass the firewall and connect directly to the router , the site opens. 

I have even disabled the webfiltering module and others too. the site just wont open up. 

Any ideas/suggestions to make this work?

    Hi, ray, and welcome to the User BB!

    I'm not seeing this.  Open the Web Filtering Live Log and try again.  Post the line from there where the access is blocked or hangs.
