Web filter profile not working

I'm trying to limit web access in a daily time block (6am to 10pm). I have configured the time definition, Filter Action, Filter Assignment and Proxy profile. I'm running standard mode and have confirmed standard mode settings in Proxy profile. but it is not blocking web traffic. Can anyone think of anything I'm missing? Thanks- Jim

The most-common mistake when using Profiles without an authentication method is not leaving 'Users/Groups' empty in the Filter Assignment.

'Allowed Users/Groups' is empty under filter assignments.

I know the proxy profile is intercepting traffic because when I set the authentication to basic is prompts for authentication. but can't seem to get time limit to work. Thanks for the help.

That looks good. Try this. Delete the Time Event from the Filter Assignment. Open the web filtering live log and browse. Now what do you see in the Web Filtering Live Log?

I see traffic using the proxy profile and using the filter assignment. but the time constraint is not being used.

I'm not sure what fixed it. I removed the time event per your request. went to the log to view activity. and then readded the time event and it started working.
