dropbox client not working

hello All,

i am facing an issue with dropbox client it says " can't establish secure connection", whereas i can connect to dropbox.com and can upload files.
i have tried to add exception.
i have to add it in application control.
i have tried using Socks5 with 1080 port but it says "incorrect proxy settings".

please suggest what i am doing wrong.

Hi,

1. Check all the logs (app control, http proxy/web protection, firewall, ips).
Post entries from the FULL logs, not the live logs, here.

2. post screenshots of the SOCKS settings in the UTM and in the client.

socks screenshot.jpghello barry. thanks for the reply....i have attached logs of what ever i found..i didnt find logs for http proxy and there is nothing in firewall (logs). please find the attached files.
